Andrew D'Souza is a serial entrepreneur, founder and CEO, known for his transformative leadership in the tech industry. As the co-founder and former CEO of Clearco (formerly Clearbanc), he reshaped e-commerce funding, securing over $1 billion for startups. Andrew's previous roles include President of Nymi, where he drove innovation in biometric security, and strategic consulting at McKinsey & Company. Andrew has a degree in Systems Design Engineering from the University of Waterloo.

Earlier this year, Andrew introduced Boardy, an AI board member designed to work tirelessly for startups. Unlike human board members, Boardy operates 24/7, offering access to a vast network of resources and advice without judgment. Created as a solution to the limitations of human board members, Boardy aims to revolutionize the startup ecosystem.

Andrew Kiguel is an accomplished executive and entrepreneur. In the last 6 years, Andrew has co-founded and provided leadership to several web3 companies including Hut 8 Mining, Tokens.com, Metaverse Group, and Hulk Labs. Prior to 2018, Andrew spent over 20 years as an investment banker raising over $5 billion for clients throughout his career. He currently acts as the CEO and Executive Chairman of Realbotix Corp.

Emma is a CEO of MMH Technology Group, a member of the Crypto Sustainability Coalition at the World Economic Forum, a board member of Tokens.com which is a publicly traded company, a board member of the Canadian Blockchain Consortium and also Chair of the Canadian Blockchain Consortium’s Mining committee. Emma is also the past Chair for Girls In Tech and past Chair and Executive Board Member of Blockchain for Impact, which works alongside the United Nations.

Previously, Jimmy was the CFO and Interim CEO of Hut 8 Mining, one of the earliest and largest publicly-listed bitcoin miners in the world. He also worked at KPMG in both Audit and Deal Advisory for a wide range of clients.

Lorne Sugarman

CEO and Director of the Metaverse Group

Lorne is the founder and president of Adielle Group, and a board member and CEO of EVP Capital Inc. and Iocaste Ventures Inc. Previously, he served as the CEO of Metaverse Group and the president of Tokens.com. He was also a Principal at KES 7 Capital Inc. and the CEO of Wellpoint Health Services, where he grew the company to over 250 employees, raised over $20 million, completed seven acquisitions, and sold the company to CloudMD.

Earlier, Lorne was Managing Director of Investment Banking at GMP Securities and a board observer for Edgestone Capital Partners. He holds a BA from Western University and an MBA from the Rotman School at the University of Toronto.
